Got plans for the summer? Kickstart your adventure with a visit to Suffolk Museums.

Summer in Suffolk Museums has been running since 2016 and showcases the fantastic variety of events, activities and workshops that take place in museums in Suffolk over the school holidays. Most museum events and activities that are part of the campaign are either low-cost or completely free. Suffolk Museums are home to some amazing heritage buildings and outdoor spaces. Many sites also offer free parking and refreshments or a chance to unwind with a family picnic in the sun.

This year, Summer in Suffolk Museums will be forming part of the celebrations of The Festival of Suffolk which is shining a spotlight on all aspects of Suffolk life and featuring events and activities up until October. Come and join in the festivities for the county’s biggest community event in history.
