St Augustine’s Church Holiday at Home: Week 12-18 June 2023
Our group has been running since 2015 offering a week of excursions and entertainments each June for anyone of 55+ living in St Augustine’s parish and the local area. The week’s activities are available to all and they are especially appreciated by folk who live alone and by those who would not otherwise have a break from their usual weekly routine.
Many people come year after year, some to one or two events and others for the whole week. A modest charge is made for each activity in order to cover our costs. This is a very enjoyable week with a friendly atmosphere and is always eagerly anticipated by our guests.
