As a local business, we appreciate it’s a challenging time on many different levels, personal and professional, but we want you to know that we will continue to publish In Touch and Spotlight, guaranteeing you the means to communicate with existing and potentially new customers.

Many businesses are already adapting to this challenging environment by changing their offer or by offering additional services, such as home deliveries or take-away services. Others are introducing new procedures (signature free deliveries, etc.) to reassure customers or finding there is increased demand for their services. For example, our office supplies business is extremely busy right now, delivering supplies to people who are working from home. For many providing regular services and products, business may not change significantly, at least not immediately.

You may be worried about keeping in touch with customers or how your business might be impacted if you fade from view for any significant period.

You may have new products or services to promote or need to build awareness of existing products and services for which demand is likely to increase because of what’s happening.

Updating your ad is simple but we’d also like to explore the editorial possibilities. If we don’t know about it, we can’t write about it so contact our editor if you’d like to share your story: editorial@intouchnews.co.uk

In fact you might like to contribute to a future edition by writing about your business or an aspect of your business which readers will be interested in.

Online advertising and strategic use of social media will be key marketing tools for most businesses in this period and we can offer both, with a whole range of new packages currently in development. Of course, editorial features would also be published online and shared on social media.

Talk to us today and let’s work on a plan which provides reassurance for you, your staff and your customers.

Of course, we will all face the same economic challenges and we do need our customers to process invoices promptly. If you do have an outstanding invoice please address it as a matter of urgency. Your support in this will not only save time, which we can use to service our customers, but also help to alleviate stress!

Thank you for reading this message and my very best wishes to you and your family and friends.
