OPENING TIMES
Please note changes to our opening times during the coronavirus pandemic. These may change at short notice to align with the government recommendations and staffing levels.
If you have symptoms or queries relating to the coronavirus, please go online at NHS111 or ring 111 if you have no online access. Note that we are unable to issue sick notes for coronavirus; these should be obtained via NHS111 online.
For medical queries that cannot wait and are not related to coronavirus, please ring either 01473 328263 or 01473 787435 between 8am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday. You will be put through to whichever site is open. A receptionist will answer your call and ask you some basic questions. You will then be added to a telephone triage list and a member of our clinical team will contact you. They will discuss your symptoms and give you advice on what to do next. If you are offered a prescription, please ask where to collect this from and when. Our dispensaries are under tremendous pressure and will continue to prioritise acute prescriptions but these do take time to prepare.
If you wish to collect medication that has already been ordered, please note our dispensary opening times as below:
