The following dates are dependent on final government approval:
From 17 May: Regular users only with capacity limited to 15. The rule of six or two households applies.
From 21 June: Regular users and casual hirers, such as children’s parties, with capacity limited to 30.
The pavilion will open at 10am to allow for daily cleaning, there will be limits on the number of bookings accepted per day and we will open on only one day at weekends.
They are offering a 50 percent discount on hiring fees until 31 December.
They have made many changes to make the pavilion Covid-secure and keep our hirers safe. These include:
- New vinyl and wipeable chairs
- One-way systems
- Hand sanitisers
- New toilet arrangements
- Social spacing reminders on the floor
- QR for scanning details
New conditions of hire We have good Wi-Fi so you can ‘mix and match’ meetings using Zoom and personal attendance. You will need some windows open so please bring appropriate clothing. The team look forward to seeing you back!
