Kesgrave Community & Conference Centre Update

September has arrived and we’re feeling optimistic about opening the doors to visitors once again as we head into autumn. We are hoping that September could be our time to start welcoming you back in accordance with government guidelines, so please do keep checking our website and social media platforms for updates.

We are saddened by the recent news of the closure of Age UK Suffolk. They were an important and constant support to the elderly in the area, and indeed our very own community. The monthly Chinwags held by Age UK Suffolk at KWMCC proved to be very popular and as the hub of the community, we hope that we will be able to continue to provide something similar for the elderly residents of Kesgrave in the months to come.

We continue to work on plans for outdoor events and activities that can be easily managed and are progressing quietly behind the scenes where possible and under strict measures. Skeleton staff are working remotely on a part time basis to help with your enquiries and bookings. You can contact us now to book your special celebration, meeting, event, or training by email to:

Ideas are being discussed for the autumn fashion show in October which we would love to be able to host again this year, but this could be something we will now have to look forward to in the spring.

Monthly networking events are planned to recommence in October with the possibility of an outdoor session at the end of August/early September.

Staying positive and forever hopeful, we are still working on our plans for the Christmas shopping evening on November 20. It will be slightly different from previous years due to the current circumstances, but we feel sometimes change is good and it has made us even more creative with our ideas for this year. As always, there will be plenty of shopping and entertainment for you all to enjoy.

Due to popular demand, our Christmas party nights are still planned to take place. If government guidelines allow, we will be celebrating in style at KWMCC this December. Email to provisionally book your table and find out more. Please visit the KWMCC website for dates.

Check availability and bookings online via the KWMCC website for each of our function rooms and indoor and outdoor sports facilities:

We look forward to seeing you all very soon, but in the meantime, the trustees and staff at KWMCC continue to wish you and your families all the very best.
