
Since the formation of Citizens Advice East Suffolk their services have been reviewed to ensure they meet the needs of the people in their communities. Below is an update on their new contact details, offices and outreach service. Citizens Advice helps people find a way forward. They provide free, confidential and independent advice to help people overcome their problems. They are a voice for their clients on the issues that matter to them. Leiston Office: 14 Colonial House, Leiston IP16 4JD. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday by appointment.
Lowestoft: St Margaret’s House, 36 Gordon Road, Lowestoft, NR32 1JQ. Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment.
Outreach drop in centres: Aldeburgh and Alderton: by appointment.
Bungay Town Council Offices: 1a Broad Street, Bungay, Suffolk NR35 1EE. Drop in every Tuesday 10am-12noon. This venue is due to change in spring 2023 – please check the website before coming in.
Framlingham Library: The Old Court House, Bridge Street, Framlingham IP13 9BA. Drop in every Friday 10am-12noon.
Martlesham Council Parish Room: Felixstowe Road, Martlesham, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 4PB – the third Tuesday of every month from 9am-12noon.
