On Monday 16 August, between 12.30 and 1.30 pm, Diana Malone will lead the special event at the old bowls green, Christchurch Park, Ipswich.
The free event is one of a number of events and activities being carried out by Ormiston Families within its 40th anniversary year.
Georgia Clark, from the charity, said: “Physical and social wellbeing really is so important and as an organisation, we see what a huge difference it makes to people’s confidence and resilience when they engage in activities that benefit their mental health.
“We urge people of all abilities to join in this free fun hour-long session.”
